Fashion meets fitness! Celebrity Terries Harley Pasternak Sat down with one to share simple ways to take your workouts to the next level, and surprisingly it all starts with your clothes.
The fitness guru if star-studded list includes Ariana GrandeAt Lady GagaAt Kim KardashianAt RihannaAt Megan FoxAt Adeleand Katy Perry revealed how the right wardrobe can work with you while celebrating the opening of the Vuori Studio of Harley Pasternak in Los Angeles, California.

“What you do between training often means more than the training itself. … it is usually the little things that are done consistently that make the biggest changes,” notes the nutrition physiologist.
“Getting outside and moving regularly, using the path method (carbohydrates palm, all vegetables, fat thumbs, protein hand) and staying away from your phone before bed can do more than any smart trend,” shares the public speaker.
