Love is a four -legged word! Gena and Chuck Norris sat down with a 85 -year birthday on Monday, March 10, to reveal how their six dogs keep them healthy and lively.
For starters, the couple definitely includes their four Golden Retrievers, Lab and Corgi in activities at their ranch in Grimes County, Texas.
“We always wander and remain active and our dogs are usually on the journey. … I love our sunset walks on our ranch with our dogs, family and all guests we have together after dinner, ”Gena, 55, share.
“Our dogs make sure we get a lot of training,” the actor adds.
In addition to staying fit, the couple also maintains balanced diets filled with nutritious foods.
“While I enjoy an occasional snack like anyone else, my most important staples are core nutrients from a number of all five food groups.… Priority of fitness and nutrition keeps me active even when I have entered the golden years. It is important for me to maintain a healthy body and mind so I can have many happy years with my family.”
“Our own health has been transformed by making informed choices about our diet and exercise.… It is incredibly important for us to always eat organically and we have lots of salads with protein in them,” she says.
The two also prioritize feeding their pets’ high -quality ingredients with their premium -pieres nutrition mark, Lone wolf ranch pet.
“I often say that we have to nourish our bodies with attentive choices and expand this care to our pets. … If our pets thrive, it’s because they are driven by the best nutrition we can get our hands on, like us,” Chuck explains.
“Our intention is to give these dogs natural food and high -quality supplements that make them strong and resistant,” the model continues.
To end their wellness routines, co-founders take time to appreciate small moments with their family dogs included.
“A favorite time for me is when our adult children or grandchildren are related to us in the evening and watch a good movie in our home theater with our sleeping puppies spread out around us. Once in a while you hear a start snoring and I have to tell my grandchildren, ‘It’s not me!’, “Chuck jokes.
As for GENA? “I can’t tell you how many times we’ve come home and have been rejuvenated by the simple loving and excited Welcome our puppies bring us as we walk through the front door,” she notes.
