Red, white and grill! Chef Emily Susman sat down with one to share her 4th July party while celebrating the launch of her new Emma Claire’s kitchen [Not So] Simple spices Designed to make summer dishes uncomplicated.

After solidifying your menu settings, Susman recommends incorporating special touches into your bash.

“On July 4, I love to mix casual comfort with elevated details.… Whether it’s a backyard BBQ or a dressed dinner party, create an atmosphere that feels warm, inviting and easy to enjoy.
